How do I conduct an audit on the NotifyAI app?

Firstly, you will need to install the Notify AI app, please see links below to download this from the relevant app store for your device: 

 

1. Login to the app

Note: If you are already logged in, you will need to carry out a full sync before starting any work to ensure you have the most up to date version of any form templates. 

This is done in Settings > App Sync > Begin Sync

 

2. Select Begin Sync

 
 
3. Tap the ➕ icon
If the audit has already been created and assigned to you, instead search for the audit name in the search box shown on this screen. 
 
4. Select the relevant audit template
Here, you're able to search for your audit templates by name. Once you have located the relevant template, tap on the ➕ icon. 
 
5. Answer all mandatory questions
The audit will be split into sections, tap on a section to begin answering questions.
At the end of each set of questions, tap next to move on to the next section. Once you have completed all questions, tap done. 
This will take you back to the page where the audit is split into sections. 
 
6. Sync your audit to the web
 
Whilst your audit is syncing, there will be a spinning icon in the right corner, once this has synced with the web the icon will turn into a green dot. 
 

Note: If you aren't connected to the internet, your audit will begin to sync once a strong connection has been established. 

 
 
 
7. Mark your audit as complete

 Once you have completed all mandatory fields within the audit, use the toggle to mark the audit as complete. 

Then, select Yes on the pop-up that appears. 

Finally, select Close in the top right.

Your audit will then sync with the web and you will no longer be able to make changes to this via the app.
