You will need your company code to be able to report incidents to your organisation via the web platform and the Incident Management app.
Contact your system administrator for your company code who will be able to provide this.
If you are a system administrator and have forgotten your company code, or, you are new to Notify, request the company code here using your work email and we will provide this.
