This article provides a guide for admin users on how to unlock user accounts.
Please Note: To unlock a user account you must have the following Admin Role permission applied:
- User Management
Firstly, you will need to login to your Notify account, you can do this here
1. Select User Management
2. Search for the username of the account that you need to unlock
Once the account is identified, click on this.
3. Click Unlock Account
4. Select Yes
The user will then be able to log back in to their account.
