How does auto-save work?

This article details how auto-save works across different modules in Notify

You will find the auto-save functionality on: 

  • Audits carried out using the Notify website
  • Incident Investigation Forms
  • Audit Form Templates
  • Risk Assessment Form Templates

 

To enable auto-save on Audits, Incident Investigation forms and Risk Templates you must first Save as draft. 

For Audit Templates, select Save

You will then see a Success message to show your work has been saved.

The auto-save functionality will then be triggered to save every 3 minutes after the last change you made. 

When there has been an auto-save, you will see this in the bottom right corner of the screen.
