How to delete an Audit

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to delete an audit that has been created in Notify.

 

Steps to Delete an Audit

Important: This will permanently delete the audit and it cannot be recovered.

 

To delete an audit that is currently in draft status, follow these steps:

You must have either 'Company Audit Manager' or 'Department Audit Manager' user permissions in order to delete an audit.

  1. Access the Audit Module: Navigate to the audit module within the application.
  2. Locate the Audit: Find the specific audit you wish to delete.

  3. Open the Options Menu: Click on the three horizontal dots located at the end of the audit entry on the right side.  

  4. Select Delete Audit: From the options that appear, click on "Delete audit."



  5. Confirm Deletion: A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.

Once these steps are completed, the audit will be permanently deleted from the system.
