Notify Cloud - v7.4

Explore our latest release of enhancements and the new features of Notify Cloud - v7.4

Document Management Enhancements

We’re excited to introduce the new Document 'Read and Sign' feature, which allows users to easily review and confirm compliance with important company documentation. This update enhances our commitment to support you in maintaining compliance and supporting safety and regulatory standards across the organisation.

Key Features:

  • Users can now access assigned company documents and acknowledge they have read and understood the content by signing off directly within the platform.

    SigntoConfirm
  • This ensures employees remain compliant with critical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Signature

  • Document Managers are able to track and export which users have completed the 'Read and Sign' process, ensuring transparency and accountability.

    ReadConfirmationLog

Example Scenario:

In a construction company, all employees must adhere to updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily operations, covering key tasks such as equipment usage, site cleanliness, and communication protocols with contractors and suppliers.

With the 'Read and Sign' feature:

  1. The company uploads the revised SOPs, which outline best practices for completing routine tasks safely and efficiently, including proper tool handling, equipment maintenance, and on-site reporting.

  2. Employees are required to read the SOPs before starting work to ensure consistency in day-to-day operations across all project sites.

  3. Each worker logs into the system, reviews the updated procedures, and confirms they have read and understood them by signing electronically.

  4. Document Mangers can monitor who has completed the 'Read and Sign' process to ensure compliance before allowing workers to begin their tasks.

This process ensures that all team members follow the company's standardised methods for daily operations, reducing errors, improving safety, and maintaining a consistent workflow across multiple job sites.

Safety Intelligence Enhancements

We’re introducing additional functionality into our Safety Intelligence dashboards. We've now enabled the ability to create custom dashboards that track Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) by incident type.

Key Features:

  • Users can now build personalised safety dashboards that display AFR data by specific incident types, such as falls, equipment-related accidents, or hazardous material incidents.

  • The dashboard offers real-time visibility into AFR trends, helping teams monitor and analyse safety performance across various categories.

  • Drill-down capabilities enable users to view detailed data on individual incident types, improving the ability to identify high-risk areas and take preventive action.

  • Customisable widgets allow users to tailor their dashboard layout to track and prioritise the most relevant safety metrics for their organisation.

This feature enhances safety monitoring and supports data-driven decision-making to help organisations reduce incident rates and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Important Note: If you are interested in exploring the implementation of a custom AFR Dashboard by Incident Type then please reach out to your Customer Success Representative for assistance.

Example Scenario:

A construction manager oversees multiple projects, each with its own unique set of risks - ranging from falls to equipment-related accidents. The new Safety Intelligence feature allows the manager to create a custom dashboard that tracks the Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) for these specific incident types across all sites.

With this dashboard:

  1. The manager can monitor AFR data by Accidents, Injuries, Incidents etc.

  2. By identifying trends, such as an increase in Accidents on one site, they can quickly investigate the cause and implement corrective actions, such as additional training or equipment maintenance.

  3. The dashboard helps the manager prioritise safety measures, allocate resources more effectively, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  4. Regularly reviewing the data allows the manager to spot areas of improvement, helping to reduce incident rates and maintain a safer working environment.

This proactive approach helps prevent accidents, reduces downtime, and fosters a culture of safety across all projects.

Performance Improvements, Scalability and Load Testing

As Notify grows and we take on more and more customers and users around the world, we want to ensure the performance and scalability of our Web and Mobile applications are fit for purpose now and in the future.

We have invested significantly into third party experts carrying out Load Testing to replicate high demands on our software and infrastructure, which will help Notify to identify where we need to make improvements.

Technical Debt

At Notify we call this ‘keeping our lights on!!'. Essentially this is about good housekeeping to ensure the infrastructure, code, third party components and the plumbing we use is maintained, secure and in good working order.

Scheduled Downtime

We are really looking forward to delivering this version to you. There will be scheduled period of downtime on the evening of Wednesday 23rd October to allow us to introduce these new features into Notify. We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum.
