Summary
This release brings several helpful improvements to make the user experience smoother and more efficient. You can now organise documents using multi-level categories and filter them by location along with some further improvements to the PDF exports for Risk Assessment documents.
In support of our data strategy and improve upon our Safety Intelligence, we've now the ability to structure common data fields within incident report and investigations that enables the ability to build custom dashboards more easily. We’ve also made background improvements to security and system performance.

Document Management
Multi-Level Categorisation
Documents can now be organised into multi-level categories, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.
For example, you can browse from “Health & Safety” > “Site Safety” > “Toolbox Talks.”
This structure gives you a clearer path through your document library, improving navigation and helping you quickly access relevant content.
Ability to filter documents by Multi-level Categories
You can now quickly find the documents you need using the new Category Filter. Whether you're searching for policies, procedures, or training materials, simply select the relevant category to narrow your results. This enhancement makes it easier to navigate your document library, saving time and improving access to the most relevant content.
Ability to filter documents by linked location
You can now filter documents based on their linked location. This means you’ll only see documents relevant to your site or project, making it faster to find the information that applies to your work. Whether you're on-site or in the office, this ensures the right content is always within easy reach.
Safety Intelligence
Standard Dashboard > Incidents Investigation Metric
A new metric has been added to the standard dashboards to provide greater visibility into ongoing cases. You can now easily view the number of records currently within the Investigation stage, helping you monitor progress and ensure timely resolution. This addition supports better oversight and decision-making at a glance.
Technical debt
At Notify we call this ‘keeping our lights on!!'. Essentially this is about good housekeeping to ensure the infrastructure, code, third party components and the plumbing we use is maintained, secure and in good working order. We've recently completed our annual penetration test, so we've looked to implement recommendations on the back of this.
Scheduled downtime
We are really looking forward to delivering this version to you. There will be scheduled period of downtime on the evening of Wednesday, 7th May, to allow us to introduce these new features into Notify. We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum.
