Incident Management
Custom Flags for Event Reporting
You can now create and apply custom flags to incidents and events using terminology that fits your organisation. This makes it easier to highlight key issues, improve filtering and reporting, and support faster, more informed decisions.
For example, using a custom flag to track insurance claims against individual drivers; allowing quicker identification of when a driver is close to exceeding policy limits, helping avoid further risk and escalating costs.

QR Codes for Faster Reporting
You can now generate QR codes to place around your site; on noticeboards, equipment, doors, or in high-risk areas. When scanned with a phone, these codes take users straight to the right form (such as hazard report or near miss report), helping them report issues quickly and easily without needing to log in or navigate menus.
This makes on-the-spot reporting simple and immediate, helping your team capture vital safety information in real time and reducing the risk of issues going unreported.
System Administrators can manage QR code generation in Company Settings; log in to start setting up QR codes for your sites!
UX Improvements
Extended Search for Audits
You can now search audits using content within the records; not just by audit number, schedule name, template name, or user details. The enhanced search now covers:

Audit titles

Global list selections

Text box entries

Location fields
This makes it much easier to find the audits you need—whether you’re investigating an issue, preparing for a compliance review, or looking for patterns across your data. It saves time, reduces manual effort, and gives you quicker access to valuable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Improved Search Bar Typing Experience
Typing in the search bar is now faster and smoother. We’ve reduced delays between keystrokes and system response, helping you find what you need with less waiting and a more seamless experience.
Enhanced Scrollbar Visibility & Improved Save Reliability
We’ve fixed an issue where scrollbars occasionally disappeared, making long lists or forms harder to navigate. Scrollbars will now always appear when needed.
We’ve also improved save reliability so your work is saved as expected, reducing lost time or missing data. These improvements deliver a smoother, more consistent experience for all users.
Technical debt
At Notify we call this ‘keeping our lights on!!'. Essentially this is about good housekeeping to ensure the infrastructure, code, third party components and the plumbing we use is maintained, secure and in good working order.
Scheduled downtime
We are really looking forward to delivering this version to you. There will be scheduled period of downtime on the evening of Wednesday, 25th June, to allow us to introduce these new features into Notify. We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum.
