Summary
This release introduces new ways to share documents externally, AI-powered improvements to language translations and improved dashboard filtering. These changes make it easier for your teams to access information, work efficiently, and stay compliant.
New Features
1. Shareable Document Categories
Last release we made it possible to share individual documents via QR Code or URL, giving immediate on-demand access to important documents to anyone across the organisation - a must for ISO45001 compliance.
With this release, we've made it even easier to share key documents with frontline teams, offering the same QR Code and URL functionality, only this time with Document Categories. Now, you can share an entire collection of documents at once - such as policies, procedures, data sheets or manuals - with anyone inside or outside your organisation, at the click of a button.

When enabled, the shared link or code opens a web page displaying a list of documents within that category. Each file is clickable and takes the user directly to its download link for instant access.

How can URL-based document category access be used?
For example, a site supervisor needs to give contractors access to the latest Safe Operating Procedures. Instead of exporting files manually, they generate a category link in Notify and display the QR code at the site entrance. When scanned, contractors see a list of SOPs they can click to download instantly. If needed, the supervisor can restrict access behind a company code, ensuring only authorised personnel can open the files, balancing accessibility with control and compliance.
2. PDF Export CSAT Survey - Your Opinion Matters
You might notice some little surveys popping up from time-to-time, asking what you think of certain Notify features. 1. New Language Translation Agent, Powered By Notify Spark
We’re excited to introduce our new and improved Language Translation Agent, powered by Notify Spark - designed to make communicating with your multilingual workforce easier and more efficient.

How does the Language Translation Agent work?
For all labels, buttons, and standard text within the Notify platform, we already support translation into multiple languages, including: German, Spanish, Spanish (Latin American), Dutch, Romanian, Polish, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Mongolian.
For your custom content - including incident, investigation and audit forms, email notifications, and global lists - our new Language Translation Agent can instantly translate these into the languages you already have enabled, with just a click of a button.
What’s more, you now have the flexibility to manually refine individual translations, as opposed to re-translating whole forms.
Our AI-powered translations help ensure every worker receives the same level of understanding, fast. This supports a stronger, more inclusive safety culture across your organisation.
If you would like to enable additional languages from the list above or would like us to add a new European language to our Language Translation Agent, please contact your Account Manager.
2. Safety Intelligence Dashboards
This release includes a series of updates designed to make filtering faster, more intuitive, and scalable for larger datasets.
What’s New:
- The Date Range Picker now opens as a pop-out component and includes a new Fast Date Picker for quick selection of common date ranges. Users can still manually type or select dates from the calendar as before.
- The Drop List now includes a search filter and pagination, allowing users to easily navigate and search through much larger data sets.
- The Multi-picker has been redesigned as a pop-up component, supporting pagination, in-component search, and multi-selection without needing to exit the view.
- Cancel and Apply buttons now remain visible at all times, even when filtering against multiple components.
- Placeholders have been removed from all filter components, creating a cleaner and more consistent interface.
- General performance improvements have been made to how filters fetch and process data, improving speed and reliability across all dashboards.
These changes improve usability for those of you working with complex dashboards or large data volumes, making filtering faster, clearer, and more consistent.
Housekeeping
At Notify we call this ‘keeping our lights on!!'. Essentially this is about good housekeeping to ensure the infrastructure, code, third party components and the plumbing we use is maintained, secure and in good working order.
Scheduled downtime
We are really looking forward to delivering this version to you. There will be scheduled period of downtime on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December to allow us to introduce these new features into Notify. We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum.
